"I recently purchased a Victory Motorcycle and was extremely happy with the overall buying experience. Like the customer reviews state, Randy and Travis go out of there way to take care of their customer!!!! I was given a great price the first time I called and Travis took extra steps to secure all of my parts for the bike so I had to make only one trip. He even sent a driver to another dealership to pick up my exhaust for me. It is easy to see that Randy runs his business the old fashioned way and takes care of you as he would like to be treated. Randy even offered to come in on Sunday to pick up my new bike because it was raining off and on on the Saturday when I arrived. All of my extra parts were on the bike when I arrived, looked great and were done in a professional manner, no problems so far!!! Thank you Randy and Travis......and your Service Department too! "

"I was looking to buy either a H-D or Victory. After doing some research on Victory I had to take a look & ride. So, I purchased a 2011 Victory Vegas 8-Ball. It's beyond an awesome bike. "I have never had such great service at a bike shop! I have been to some of the biggest shops in the country and felt like a number not a customer. At ElDorado Cycle that was not the case, Iwas in there 2 -3 times and they knew me by name and said hello as soon as I was in the door. I have never had that at a shop before.
